I want to take a minute of your time to address the very positive and enjoyable experience my wife and I had while leasing a new Infiniti G37 from your dealership in Carlsbad Car Country. He was knowledgeable, but not arrogant, positive, but not pushy.  He knows how to connect with people.  His friendly, non-intimidating manner did it for me and for my wife.
